Typically, treatment time is 1 hour. No anesthetic is needed, but is available upon request. BBL recovery is quick and has no significant down time down time. NOTE; the more aggressive BBL, longer recovery time may be needed. You will see noticeable results in 2 weeks. Usually, 3-5 monthly treatments are performed at the start, with 2-4 treatment per year as maintenance. As with all laser treatments, excessive sun exposure should be avoided and sunscreen with an SPF of 50 should be used at all times. Any history of skin disorders, cold sores, keloid or hypertrophic scars are potential contraindications to laser. Any treatment performed with oral anesthetic requires the patient have a ride home (not UBER of taxi).
